Where do you deliver?
We're currently delivering throughout Auckland, with a flat delivery rate calculated at checkout.
Two Tweens started as a young girl's business dream, with a little help from her family. As we continue building something special for her future, we're keeping deliveries local for now.

How much is delivery?
Our flat delivery rate is displayed at checkout, so you'll know exactly what you're paying before placing your order.
We use NZ Post for our deliveries.
Do you deliver on weekends?
NZ Post does not deliver our orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Please keep this in mind when choosing your event date, particularly if you're celebrating over the weekend.
How far in advance should I order?
We have a lead time of at least 5 days before your event.
We work around your selected event date, scheduling production and dispatch so your candy floss arrives in time for the celebration.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, we do! π
You can shop now and pay later with Afterpay, available at checkout.
Simply select Afterpay as your payment method and follow the prompts. Afterpay's eligibility criteria and terms apply.
How long does candy floss stay fresh?
Mini Candy Floss Tubs & Signature Buckets: Our airtight containers keep candy floss fresh for ages! We label our products with a best-before date of 3 months from production, provided they remain sealed and are stored correctly.
Candy Floss Cakes: We recommend enjoying these within a week of receiving them for the best texture and freshness.
The golden rule? Keep your candy floss sealed in a cool, dry place, away from heat, sunlight and moisture.

Our Candy Floss Cakes are available in Strawberry, Blue Raspberry, Banana or a Multi-Layer combination of all three.
Are your candy floss cakes actual cakes?
Well, yes and no! π
They're made entirely from fluffy candy floss, shaped into a cake that you can slice like a normal cake and share.
No sponge, no icing β just candy floss with a party trick!
Do your candy floss cakes come with sprinkles?
They certainly can!
Sprinkles are optional and FREE. We pack them separately so you can decorate your cake just before serving.Β
Please note: Our sprinkles contain SOY.
Can I order fewer than 10 mini tubs?
Our online minimum order is 10 mini tubs per flavour.
We're also working towards making individual tubs available through selected retail stockists, so watch this space!
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Absolutely!
Our Mini Candy Floss Tubs have automatic bulk pricing, so the more you order, the better the price.

Can I order candy floss for a corporate event?
Absolutely! From staff celebrations and company milestones to promotional events, our Mini Candy Floss Tubs are perfect for corporate occasions.

Please note: Two Tweens is not currently GST registered, so GST is not charged or itemised on our receipts.
Are your products suitable for people with food allergies or dietary requirements?
Our candy floss is made using ingredients that do not contain gluten, dairy or nuts.
Our flavourings contain food colourings, which may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those with sensitivities or specific dietary requirements.
Optional cake sprinkles contain SOY.
We recommend checking the full ingredient and allergen information on each product before ordering.
Can I choose my delivery date?
When placing your order, you'll be asked for your event date.
We use this to plan production and dispatch, allowing time for delivery before your celebration.
Please note that courier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as delays can occasionally happen outside our control.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Oh no! That's definitely not the kind of surprise we like.
If something arrives damaged or isn't quite right, please email sales@twotweens.co.nz as soon as possible, ideally with a photo, so we can help put things right.
