Two Tweens - Shipping Policy
Thank you for your Two Tweens order! We aim to deliver your treats and merchandise as soon as possible!
Shipping Area:
We currently ship within New Zealand.
Shipping Methods:
- Perishable Goods (Cakes, Cookies, Candy Floss etc): Delivered via courier.
- We may be available to deliver within North Shore depending on order size, this can be discussed by contacting us via email or filling out the form on our contact us page.
- Merchandise: Shipped via standard courier services.
Processing & Delivery Times:
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM will begin processing the following day. Once baked and packed, we will notify you with tracking details (if applicable for the chosen delivery method). Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday. Tracking details will be provided for your order. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries. Or if any other delivery arrangements were made between Two Tweens and yourself, you will find commination via the email or phone number you have provided. If you have specific dates that you need your order by, please communicate with us by emailing sales@twotweens.co.nz
- Merchandise: Dispatched within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
Shipping Rates:
- Calculated based on weight, size, destination, perishable status.
- Perishable delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders may be available during certain promotions subject to availability.
Delivery Information:
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for issues due to incorrect addresses.
- For perishable goods, if delivery fails due to unavailability, the order may be returned, and a refund won't be provided. Redelivery may incur extra costs.
Perishable Goods Handling:
- Our treats are carefully packaged for freshness. Please follow any provided care instructions.
Lost or Damaged Merchandise:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving damaged or lost merchandise with photos if applicable. We will resolve the issue.
Merchandise Returns:
- See our separate Returns and Refunds Policy for non-perishable items. Perishable goods are generally non-returnable unless they fail to meet NZ Consumer Guarantees Act standards.
